Goji berries have been enjoyed in China and the Himalayas for their sweet taste and bright colour for many years. The medicinal values of the goji berry is still used to this today and treating things like eye, liver and kidney ailments.

Japanese Rice Crackers
Made from rice flour, these plain tasting crackers are often served with soy sauce and wasabi. Made from basic ingredients like rice, oil and salt, they can be found in several flavours such as “Black Sesame”.
Rice crackers supply small amounts of protein and they’re low in fat, which means they can have a place in your healthy eating plan.
